Green Halkidiki Olives & British Red Fox Cheese

These gorgeous Greek olives are grown on trees that are centuries old in the Halkidiki peninsula, birthplace of Aristotle.  After the olives are hand-picked they’re soaked in water and salt to begin a traditional process of fermentation that makes them particularly easy to digest.  We’ve combined these plump olives with a crunchy British cheese, known as Red Fox. Handcrafted in Leicestershire, England, from a traditional recipe, red fox takes its name from a rooftop statue that adorns the farmhouse where it was first made
