These Manzanilla olives are grown with love in Morón de le Frontera, Seville quintessentially Spanish town in the heart of southern Spain. although their family-owned fields are hundreds of years old, today’s olive growers are constantly improving production, cutting the amount of water needed to grow the very best crop and reducing the amount of salt in the final fruit.
Manchego cheese has been produced in the La Mancha region of Central Spain for over 2000 years. made using the whole milk of local Manchega sheep, Manchego cheese is aged for a minimum of two months until its creamy piquant flavor is at its best.
